Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Are there any setup fees?
None. Sign up is free for all users. Staff and clubs only pay their chosen monthly subscription fee, plus platform fees on trial bookings for clubs.
How do trial fees work?
For paid trials, players pay the full fee through The Scout Hub. The platform fee is deducted automatically and the remainder goes to the club.
What happens if a trial is cancelled?
If a club cancels a trial, players receive a full refund automatically within 3–5 business days.
Is it safe to pay through the platform?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment providers. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Can clubs pay players outside the platform?
No. All trial fees must be collected through The Scout Hub. Clubs found bypassing the platform face immediate suspension.
